Simple tips, how to setup a listing and how to get you’re listing in top positions by search engines, like Google and Yahoo.

When you signup, write your name with capitals, like Jon Smith and not jon smith, because your name will be placed on the top of your listing and on your listed by page, with information about your tel. nr, fax, e-mail, website address, etc. (if you need to make some changes, go to your account and edit your profile).

Give so many information like possible on your listing and write a nice and easy to understand description for your listing.

The most important on your listing is the TITLE and the DESCRIPTION from you listing!.
Our software use the title as the title on search results, and us the URL (web page address) for your listing, and your description, us description on search results. Search engines pick up this title, URL and description, and place it with the correct key words on the top of the search results. Here an example; 

If your title is:

Island Naxos Greece, sea view villa for sale

If your description is:

This new build traditional old style villa is being built on the island Naxos, 50 m from the beach...

then your listing will look like this on the search result page by search engines like Google:

This new build traditional old style villa is being built on the island Naxos, 50 m from the beach...

You can get your listing also in top positions, just follow this easy tip:

Put a short description in the TITLE of your listing, don’t write only Villa Paradise etc.

Lets imagine the Villa is in Greece, located on the island Naxos, with sea view. So you write the Title like this:
Island Naxos Greece, sea view Villa for sale

Don’t write the Title to long, just include the country, the City, Village or Island and if it is a Villa, House, Apartment for sale etc.

If you follow this simple tip, your listing will be in the top of search results.
